The Successful Applicant

As the General Manager you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience

  • Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience in a senior management role responsible for full P&L control.
  • Proven track record of successfully navigating and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
