Key duties:Review and make amendments on key policies, documents and procedures.Lead preparation of assurance across the organisation working with colleagues across the business, to prepare documentation for inspection on: property inspections and maintenance to comply with health and safety standards and tenancy management documentations.Review financial reports and ensure compliance with government guidelines.Business Partner across the organisationThe Successful ApplicantSuccessful candidates will have extensive knowledge of housing policies, ideally from a regulatory environment or other public sector organisations and have been involved with housing inspections.
