About Our Client
The world's premier ropes and advanced cords solution provider who are committed to be the leading innovator and provider of the best performing ropes and advanced cords globally, supplying industries such as Oil & Gas, Structures, Mining, Fishing and Marine. They currently have approximately 2,500 employees, 17 production plants and over 20 sales and service centre's globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating product design, manufacture and quality requirements
- Compiling technical documents (e.g. works orders & bills of materials)
- Troubleshooting product issues during manufacture
- Supporting the commercial team with product costs and specification information
- Maintaining department systems and records
The Successful Applicant
Hardworking and determined candidate with experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment would be beneficial. However, open to applicants from a range of backgrounds who can demonstrate initiative and the ability to quickly assimilate themselves into a team with a clear focus on direction within the industry either in materials, processing or design.
Graduate opportunity providing relevant qualifications ideally an Engineering discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Advanced Materials Engineering or Product design Engineering with proven work experience in an manufacturing environment.
