This is a permanent opportunity within an SME business. Beginning in the restaurant trade over 30 years ago, they have transitioned to be a supplier of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern foods to the grocery and foodservice markets.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with key grocery accounts within the FMCG industry.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Negotiate terms, promotions, and pricing to maximise profitability and volume.
  • Analyse market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support client needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Grocery NAM should have:

  • Proven experience managing at least one national grocer.
  • A background within consumer goods, F&B preferred.
  • Ability to analyse data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with grocery retail operations and market dynamics.
  • Must have easy access to N.W. London to collect samples
