Job Description

  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors during the audit process.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
  • Monitor and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide technical accounting advice and guidance to the wider finance team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and reporting standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Reporting Accountant should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and consolidation processes.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology and telecoms sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
