Chance for a proven agency or brand heavyweight to shape a growth strategy
Must be au fait with how agencies operate and have an extensive current network
About Our Client
- This business continue to push boundaries across the media & agency space
Their reputation across Manchester and beyond as sharp thinkers who know strategy is well founded. After all they're in partnership with some of the most innovative global brands, not that you'd know it..
Why? Mainly because they don't shout about what they do. If you're re-branding a national treasure or helping create new products for even newer markets, you can't really.
- For this reason and many more besides, they're wanting to appoint either a full or part-time Growth Director.
They need someone who gets what what they do, has the craft and lightness of touch to mix in the right circles and can make sure they're talking with authority about brand to businesses.
Ideally you'll have a proven track record of winning hearts and minds and a good few pitches to boot!
You'll be a natural communicator and truly media agnostic when it comes to conveying the best, most relevant content/story/message/angle to the right audience.
As the voice of this Manchester business you'll be a key commentator in the market with a respected opinion that elevates both you and the position of the agency in the right places.
As the Growth Director, the content that you 'push out' will be well received and valued and lead to the right doors being ajar.
The Successful Applicant
- It's imperative that as the growth director you've spent time in a well-respected agency or at the very least have a strong knowledge of how a branding consultancy works.
You could have been an account director, CSD or more of a focused business development professional. Whatever your forte, you'll be grounded and with the right presence to complement a business with real authority in the brand arena.
If this sounds like you, let me know.
