Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsHybrid workingStaffordshire basedAbout Our ClientNot for ProfitJob DescriptionIn this pivotal role, you will oversee the communication and marketing team, collaborate with senior leadership, and engage with key stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers to drive greater public knowledge of the charity leading to deeper levels of engagement, greater action and a significant increase in income across retail and fundraisingWorking closely with the Director of Fundraising & Marketing to lead the development and transformation of the marcomms strategy, driving external brand knowledge, understanding and engagement through the development and delivery of high-quality and informative internal and external activity.Develop the Brand and Marketing function needed to support the organisation to deliver on its future strategic objectives.Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies and initiatives ensuring they are correctly communicated.Develop marketing activities, campaigns and collaborations across a wide and diverse audiences including retail stores, online, social platforms, Charity partners, key stakeholders and our customersCreate and drive a process for measurement and reporting back to the business to drive continuous improvement.Oversee the creative design of all media, advertising and communication campaigns and coordinate implementation across the businessLead our brand strategy and engagement, overseeing how our identity and personality are developed and brought to life.
