Job Description

  • Lead and enhance the Client On-boarding function across the EMEA region.
  • Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives in line with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the entire client on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all clients.
  • Engage with stakeholders and clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance client on-boarding procedures.
  • Ensure the team's adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Client On-boarding team, driving performance and development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client on-boarding matters within the EMEA region.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Client On-boarding EMEA should have:

  • A solid academic background in banking, finance, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry, particularly within the EMEA region.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing a large team.
  • Deep understanding of the end to end KYC process across different client types and for varied and complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with a capacity to identify and implement process improvements.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking and financial services sector.
  • Ability to engage in and manage both BAU and change initiative, deep understandings of procedure of system development of the client life cycle
