Job Description
- Provide financial advice and insights on all commercially related matters including revenue, new business opportunities, business performance and collaborate on decision making
- Deliver operational excellence across strategic and financial planning and reporting, driving a culture of continuous improvement, recommending areas for improvement, and leading on the implementation of those improvements
- Strengthening the current financial reporting mechanism and the supporting narrative
- Lead on the design and delivery of a Group Investment Strategy
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing the finance and business development staff
- Oversee the management of all relevant external relationships
- Provide recommendations for driving efficiencies, investment into new programs, and/or potential mergers or acquisitions
The Successful Applicant
- Experience operating at a management level and the drive to part of the senior leadership team
- A wealth of commercial experience
- Experience working within a fast paced, SME environment
