Job Description
The role of Head of Commercial, Marketing and Product Development will involve:
- Ensure that all non-donation income generating activities are aligned to Drinkaware's strategic objectives and further the reach, impact and reputation of the organisation.
- Ensure that all Drinkaware's non-donation income sources are structured and priced to be fully commercially viable, achieve their stated budgets and provide value for money to the end user.
- Make certain that all non-donation income lines possess an effective marketing and sales strategy, are successfully promoted and that all opportunities for growth are maximised. Define clear KPI's, budgets, key activities and tactics, liaising closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Explore, develop and professionally business case opportunities for significant new sources of income, products and/or services. Gain agreement as required and liaise with internal/external stakeholders, suppliers and partners to lead development and successful delivery to market.
- Assume responsibility for diversifying Drinkaware's income in line with stated company targets.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Head of Commercial, Marketing and Product Development will:
- Able to take a strategic overview, work with minimal supervision and drive key business objectives and activities to successful completion on time and on budget.
- Accomplished commercial professional with a high degree of acumen and 5years' experience of:
- owning and growing income generating activities
- researching, business casing and bringing to market successful new income generating lines
- management of multiple P&L's, consistently achieving or exceeding budget.
- AccomplishedB2B marketing professional, with 5years' experience of:
- creating and delivering effective product/service marketing and sales strategies; with experience of training products an advantage.
- overseeing commercial B2B marketing activities, with a good degree of knowledge about the digital marketing ecosystem
- overseeing B2B product/service launches and/or new customer acquisition campaigns.
- Astutely evaluates commercial and marketing opportunities to formulate and implement appropriate solutions that maximise impact and growth.

Salary: circa £55,000
1 year fixed term contract, possibilities of going permanent thereafter
Homebased initially, part-time in the London office when possible
