About Our Client
A global consumer electronics business looking to enhance their customers experience through their Omni national Retail sites, driving brand awareness at the heart of a shoppers journey.
- The role includes: the establishment and maintenance of Commercial operations procedures to improve efficiency, provide potential cost savings across a consumer electronics retail estate, and increase sales.
- Build, lead and coach an outstanding team to ensure partner relationship, engagement and working with the Commercial Finance manager ensure that the overall P&L is executed.
- Lead direct and virtual team members to deliver success in channel; defined by footfall, retention rates, sales volume as well as sell out value and volumes.
- Supports Leadership team when absent to deliver the overall sales team goals and targets
- Deliver on set parameters that have been laid out by the UK strategic areas as finance, marketing and operations and work to improve operational efficiency in these areas.
- Meet and exceed the agreed business plan to deliver stated financial targets within the account (volume, value, ASP and consolidated profit) and drive retail key performance indicators strategy.
- Ensure that all relevant information is regularly communicated within the wider sales team and Leadership Team. Working with the Channel Brand Director the role will play a key role in achieving and influencing overall goals and targets for the Retail estate.
- Explore potential revenue streams not currently being implemented across the Retail estate to grow the bottom line and contribute to profitability.
- Gather sales and market information from the partner to ensure that we have a full understanding of the requirements for successfully penetrating new customer bases and growing share of the UK retail estate sell out volume.

The Successful Applicant
- Background and commercial experience within Consumer Electronics pref. Telcos
- Lead, develop and implement the sales vision and commercial plans / strategy
- Devising and executing retail trading plans
- Owned and managed sizeable P&L
- A Positive thinking/outlook, driven, results orientated individual with clear focus on high quality service and business profit.
- An excellent stakeholder manager and communicator.
- A natural forward planner who is able to critically assesses own performance.
- A credible leader who is comfortable dealing with senior partners in a complex organisational culture.
