Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies within the convenience channel
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department and telesales team

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong sales management experience with an FMCG/Consumer background
  • Ability to drive agenda and strategy through effective sales management of the team
  • The ability to lead cross functionally
  • You need focus, drive to deliver sales results in a fast paced and dynamic trading environment
