About Our Client

The successful Head of Demand Gen will be working for a world leading provider of IT business services, working with some of the biggest companies in the world to connect people through devices, based near Cambridge.

Job Description

- Webinar calendar and registration.

- Track and report funnel numbers (trials, SQL, customers)

- Lead the email marketing strategy, ensuring GDPR compliance.

- Own lead generation efforts ranging from paid ads, lead nurturing and webinars whilst working with the Web Experience team to ensure the website is driving leads at scale.

- Explore, test and manage the best channel mix for top of funnel awareness, including non-digital initiatives like PR, events, etc.

- Set-up and manage marketing automation, lead nurturing and qualification.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be proactive, tenacious and creative with a growth mindset with personal drive to try new initiatives. You will be motivated for personal growth targets with a high sense of accountability. You have a positive attitude and are willing to help across departments having experience in managing a team and enjoying people management.

- Knowledge of marketing platforms (Sales force/Marketo/Hubspot/Google Analytics) and KPIs (AQL/pipeline/attribution reporting) are beneficial.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell a story with data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Attention to detail and high standards of presentation, especially in relation to written work.

- Complete command of mainstream marketing automation tools.

- Minimum 4 / 5 years in a similar role in a digital agency, ecommerce or tech company.
