Well-established law firm based in Norfolk.
Preparation of wills, advice on trusts, capacity, inheritance tax
Networking and business development for contentious workflows
Advise and liaison with clients on contentious probate matters, deputyships.
Mediation and negotiation on contested matters
This role will incorporate additional responsibility alongside your usual fee earning responsibilities and business development activity. This role needs an established Senior Associate or Partner who will review department policy and client strategy, to help and inspire team members and review workload and progress of the department.
The ideal candidate will be a Private Client Senior Associate or Private Client Partner from a reputable background in a High Street or Regional Firm.
The Successful Applicant
Heading up the Private Client department for a long-established law firm based in Norfolk.
Qualified solicitor with a background in private client law.
At least five years' PQE.
