Our client is a leading provider of professional services in Europe. The ExCo are committed to making digital their differentiator in an industry ripe for disruption. This role will be pivotal in supporting the Chief Digital Officer to transform both the UK and European client proposition.

Job Description

The Head of Digital Client Services will

  • Own all client facing digital services across UK service lines
  • Drive client engagement with primary client facing ' digital doorway ' product
  • Manage new and existing 3rd Party digital service suppliers to maximise customer experience & drive cross sell & upsell opportunities
  • Develop and implement digital strategies aligning with company goals.
  • Support the digital and technology leadership across programmes, people and cultural change
  • Ensure top-quality digital service delivery to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal senior stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technology.
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Digital Client Services will have:

  • A track record of taking a B2B organisation through a digital transformation- from storming to norming phases
  • Led a digital services function in a B2B environment - ideally professional services and/or financial services
  • Successfully managed 3rd party digital product suppliers to drive customer engagement and ROI
  • Strong product management experience, both hands on and leadership
  • Excellent change management experience - able to bring pragmatism to a st and ambitious environment
  • Strong understanding and experience in digital service delivery
  • Excellent client service skills and the ability to build strong relationships at Partner level
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven at working in lean environments with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, strategy, structure and approaches are still in the forming and storming stages
  • A passion for Service Design and UX is a distinct advantage
  • Experience of product leadership and digital services across international regions is a distinct advantage
