About Our Client

This award winning agency are highly regarded in the industry, as a leader in the legal, litigation and professional services PR & Communications space. Due to some amazing growth over the past 6-12 months, they are now looking to expand their digital offering by bringing into the team, a Head of Digital. The role will offer the opportunity to spearhead the digital function and work across a large portion of the client portfolio, alongside developing the agencies own brand across the digital remit.

Job Description

The Head of Digital will work across fully integrated campaigns, spanning digital communications, paid activation's, digital thought leadership, social media monitoring and issues management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing senior counsel to clients and with responsibility for integrating digital or social strategy and tactics across multiple accounts
  • Managing day to day client relationships
  • Advising on campaign planning and strategy development across a number of sectors
  • Overseeing the work of junior colleagues including around social media monitoring and broader content creation and digital implementation
  • Overseeing and contributing to content creation across multiple channels
  • Providing clients with updates on digital and social platforms that impact their activities
  • Responding to new business briefs and pitching to prospective clients

The Successful Applicant

The successful Head of Digital will have a strong understanding of digital and social platforms and know how to engage audiences within the professional services space, across multiple digital channels. In addition, experience of supporting on social media and digital activity, including content creation and paid amplification, would be highly advantageous.

Key requirements:

  • Strong experience of working within the professional services sector
  • Extensive knowledge of wider digital and content strategy development
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, best-practice and industry trends
  • Knowledge of content marketing best practice, including optimising re-purposing content and optimising for search engines
  • Experience of delivering PPC and digital advertising campaigns
  • Extensive knowledge of digital analytics, including Google Analytics, and social media analytics
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong writing skills, including writing for different channels, such as social media, articles and videos
