This client sit in a niche industry but one that touches every part of day to day life.
They've 10 years under their belt but for them this is only the start as they've moved upstream to now be true partners to businesses wanting to develop their footprint and expertise in this arena.
They're essentially a more developed start up but one that is investing heavily in building a leadership infrastructure that attracts and develops good calibre talent.
It's a chance to lead and build out the digital delivery function of a thriving consultancy. They're growing fast and now need a head of digital who can implement a robust Content, CRM and Development Delivery Model for the agency based on best practice and experience.
They're not yet the finished article so are looking for someone who wants to embrace change and help grow a department that already has a couple of rising stars.
The Successful Applicant
As the head of digital they need someone excited by this challenge because it's different to the more obvious roles in bigger agencies and who is commercially sharp, well connected and refreshing.
Ideally you'll currently either be a senior project manager in a digital agency or hold a senior /head of development role and be wanting a broader challenge.
