About Our Client
My client is a well-establish consumer goods business that has experienced remarkable growth in recent years. The business has gone through a huge amount of positive change and this role will be a hugely important part of that continued growth.
This is a new role. My client has grown more than 600% in the past 3 years without a huge emphasis on sales through their own website. We feel this is an area of huge growth potential and so we are looking for someone keen to grow into a role and shape it themselves but also someone who has a demonstrable track record of success in driving online sales.
Duties will include:
- driving the online business to help achieve company revenue goals
- using new technologies and marketing ideas to drive sales
- manage the online store and platform, pages and SEO
- set up SKUs and manage cross-selling ideas
- optimise landing pages and paid traffic campaigns
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will need to be open minded on how this role develops over the next couple of years. My client is effectively in start-up mode in terms of growth and so a candidate with experience at manager level in a growing SME would be well-suited to this position.
You should be able to demonstrate substantial value-add in terms of driving sales and traffic to the website.
