Job Description

Ownership of Financial Planning

  • Leads the budget process, creating the timetable in keeping with group and
  • internal deadlines and ensures delivery to those deadlines
  • Standardisation and creation of templates and models
  • Organisation of review meetings throughout the process
  • Inputs into company-wide financial planning

Market reporting

  • Team responsible for monthly and ad-hoc market reporting and analysis
  • Integrates market analysis into the strategic plan and budget process

Commercial Review

  • Oversees commercial analysis of customer agreements in the Consume division
  • Leads on ensuring that proposals and initiatives are reviewed in keeping with commercial policy

Reporting and delivery of BI

  • Monthly sales reporting , KPIs and commercial analysis
  • Delivery of BI dashboards and commercial analysis

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a finance department.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
  • An analytical mind with a strategic capability.
