Based in the heart of West London, the business is an established brand that has a rich heritage and produces much loved consumer products. The brand has diversified over the last few years, evolving their product offering to infiltrate new markets and verticals.

As part of the growth the business is looking to appoint a Head of Finance.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organisation's assets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Optimise cash flow and working capital management for the business.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting, such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  • Strong expertise in financial strategy and operations.
  • Proven experience in the multi-site hospitality, retail, leisure sector
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide and develop a finance team.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
