Job Description

As Head of Group Sales your responsibilities include:

  • Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for the Group.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Manage, lead and motivate a large sales team to deliver results

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong FMCG/Consumer Leader
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to influence and lead sales team
  • Experience of reviewing product proposition and structure to ensure maximum growth opportunities
