Job Description
As Head of Group Sales your responsibilities include:
- Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for the Group.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Manage, lead and motivate a large sales team to deliver results
The Successful Applicant
- Strong FMCG/Consumer Leader
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to influence and lead sales team
- Experience of reviewing product proposition and structure to ensure maximum growth opportunities
