This is a highly confidential brief for this rapidly growing business with a unique international footprint.
The Head of HR will be reporting directly into the UK Managing Director and will be the HR professional within the senior leadership team. The role will be operationally focused and very hands-on, managing a small HR team to deliver the people strategy of this rapidly growing business. The role will also be responsible for increasing the value HR can add to the wider business by implementing new HR & payroll systems and helping to re-vamp the online training offering.
The Successful Applicant
The Head of HR needs to be a commercially driven generalist that is able to influence and support the senior management whilst building strong relationships on the shop floor. They will also ideally have experience of system implementation as this will be a key priority within the next 12 months.
