Job Description

As the Head of Inside Sales, you will:

  • Coach and develop sales leaders to help support their managerial development
  • Work towards and exceed pre-agreed revenue targets
  • Support the recruitment and coaching sales members to supporting achieving sales targets
  • Build a high performance sales function
  • Implement robust sales methodologies into the team to help them perform consistently
  • Monitor KPI activity and ensure teams are maintaining levels of activity
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to support efforts

The Successful Applicant

As the Head of Inside Sales, you will:

  • Have experience running inside business development teams
  • Ideally have some 2nd line management experience
  • Ideally come from a B2B background, open on sector such as IT Software, Telco Financial Services, Utilities, etc
  • Manage campaigns, data, ensuring leads are maximised and followed up
  • Have a proven new business leadership track record
  • Have hands on experience and a willingness to work directly with the team on a daily basis
  • Some sales training or methodologies that you can apply and implement into the team
  • A strong communicator and negotiator
  • Work from their Manchester office with some remote working

Up to £60,000 Basic Salary + OTE + Benefits
