About Our Client
An exciting, private equity backed business operating in the Tech space. Currently experiencing huge growth and looking to further expand their team.
Job Description
You will be responsible for setting the strategy across a large outbound sales team. This team is comprised of direct and indirect reports and you will be responsible for driving performance through the managers you manage. You will mentor, coach and develop the team whilst looking at the bigger picture and being instrumental in the growth of the department.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have had experience of managing large teams and delivering sales results through managers. The product area is less important, although experience of a selling a product in a consultative way, ie a technical product, is desired.
