About Our Client

As the Head of Marketing Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading a team to create demand whilst also optimising the funnel created.
Working on various strategies, you will be responsible for developing and increasing the customer database and therefore helping growing the overall organisation profitability.
Working with a small team, you will be responsible for coaching, developing and recruiting the right skills into the team, whilst also prepared to take a hands on approach as required. Working with your team, and in close coordination with sales, you will set and drive various metrics across lead generation and conversion.
The Successful Applicant
As the Head of Marketing Acquisition, you will:
- Have a proven leadership track record in a similar position within a technology led B2B business
- Have strong experience across various inbound strategies such as social media, conversion, SEO, advertising, etc
- Be competent with Hubspot
- Have a track record of taking a B2B software product to market, ideally into SMEs as well as larger organisations
- Ideally have previous experience of working in a fast growth tech business, where you can demonstrate how you have helped scale up the business
- Work remotely if required but happy to travel to their Northern based office in the Sheffield/Leeds area
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
