Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Head of Marketing:

  • Responsible for defining and shaping marketing strategy across all channels (both digital and offline/in-store)
  • Define and deeply understand the customer/customer proposition
  • Work closely with the product team to develop product/new product launch campaigns
  • Responsible for social media and content
  • Management of marketing team

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Head of Marketing:

  • Senior role within a marketing function
  • An expert in multi-channel customer experience
  • Proven track record of building deep qualitative and quantitative insights into customer behaviour
  • Comfortable across digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Data driven and able to extract trends from large bodies of data
