Job Description
- Direct line management of contracts managers
- Wider team including project managers, supervisors and operatives
- Sub-contractor management
- Strategic & operational management of various residential contracts
- Create strong relationships with clients
- Planned works, repairs, voids and M&E upgrades
- Policies & procedures
The Successful Applicant
- Experience operating in a senior role managing large teams
- Background in working for residential contractors or running housing DLO's
- Relevant building construction qualifications at minimum HNC level
- Track record in overseeing multiple large residential maintenance contracts
- Knowledge of H&S regulations and qualifications
- SMSTS / IOSH
- Residential maintenance experience is essential
