Job Description
- Working as an integral member of the Commercial team to understand future growth strategy and potential risks to commercial supply of products
- Ensuring global demand forecasts and safety stock requirements across the full range of product SKUs for unlicensed and licensed supply
- Providing commercial supply plans and managing new product transfers to ensure continuity of supply
- Managing and implementing projects & strategies to increase & improve supply chain efficiency and costs
- Building and managing a high-performing, collaborative team
- Demonstrating effective cross departmental collaboration with the Logistics, Technical and Commercial teams
The Successful Applicant
- Solution-orientated with the ability to proactively identify and solve problems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication skills and ability to influence
- A strong people manager
- A working knowledge of Oracle
