Health and Safety Coordinator (Logistics)

To take responsibility for the Company's Health and Safety, Quality & Compliance obligations across the group. Ensuring that they remain compliant with all regulatory standards applicable to our industry. Working across the business, demonstrate leadership and instil a culture of excellence across the organisation. Advise directors and managers on all safety, health, and welfare matters.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the Business advisor for the health and safety within the group
• Ensure all investigations of accidents and near-misses are completed
• Maintaining and monitor records of inspections
• Ensure that all assessments and requirements under legislation are conducted
• Schedule, plan and conduct health and safety inspections and audits
• Ensure business H&S compliance
• Assist Managers and Team Leaders to carry out COSHH
• Ensure the Fire and Emergency evacuation procedures are tested throughout the group.
• Arrange and deliver monthly Health and Safety meetings.
