- We are working with a national law firm looking to grow their healthcare team
- Litigation work including Inquests and Mental Health work
About Our Client
A national private practice.
This is an opportunity to join an established Healthcare practice working alongside experience solicitors advising both public and private healthcare providers on a range of contentious and advisory matters.
You will be working on Inquests (including conducting your own advocacy - this can be trained if you do not have vast experience), Mental Capacity, Court of Protection and Deprivation of Liberty matters.
The mix of work will be very varied and will be a split between Inquests work and more advisory work.
The firm has also embraced working from home and it's likely that the role will be a hybrid between office working and working from home.
If you are looking to join a leading healthcare team working on top quality and often high profile work, then please get in touch for a confidential discussion.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally the team would like to recruit somebody with experience of working for NHS bodies or an understanding of this type of client's needs. It's likely that you will have at least 12 months' experience in contentious work. The team would be particularly interested in candidates with Inquests and Mental Health experience but would consider candidates with a genuine interest in specialising in this area who currently practice in a different but relevant area of law (for example clinical negligence).
What's on Offer
