About Our Client
A leading not for profit organisation with a truly unique service to the public.
To supervise all real estate acquisition and disposal transactions, whilst ensuring that those transactions have the appropriate Executive and/or Property Committee approval.
To provide expert guidance, advice and opinion to all areas of the charity on matters of property law, including the drafting of legal technical documents relating to property interests (leases, licences, deeds of variation, surrenders, contracts, transfers for acquisition and disposal, miscellaneous construction documents, lifeguard services contracts, facility licenses and leases);
Ensuring the charity's compliance with all HM Land Registry, HMRC, Charity Commission and other regulatory bodies requirements, including gaining appropriate advice and transactional support in other legal jurisdictions;
Building, managing and maintaining strong inter-departmental relationships and communications within the charity, whilst working in partnership with other team members;
To run or become a key player in projects of relevance when required from time to time;
Assisting in property disputes and matters of potential property litigation; and
To forecast and prepare a Property budget and manage the spend against that budget

You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, liaising with internal and external clients. You will possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills and be capable of always looking at the wider context of the organisational needs.
