Divisions:Construction, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Water, PartnershipsJob DescriptionThey are looking for an experienced In-house Construction Lawyer to support the small but growing legal function, primarily on non-contentious construction matters.Review and advise in relation to terms, NEC and JCT forms;Drafting and obtaining collateral warranties;Advise non-lawyer colleagues on minor disputes;Drafting, negotiating and completing bond documentation including highway and drainage agreements;Advise on general commercial contracts;Assist with corporate governance.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal In-house Construction Lawyer will be 5-6 years PQE with demonstrable expertise in non-contentious construction.
