At a pivotal stage in the company's growth, they are looking for a Legal Counsel to support their in-house function in development and improvement, based in their Sheffield office.Job DescriptionThe Legal Counsel will be responsible for supporting all legal activities of projects, providing general legal advice on day to day functions and international operations. You will also be collaborating with other departments, supporting on the development of legal, corporate governance and contract management processes. The role will include:negotiating key project contracts and key supplier contractsproviding legal support to corporate legal mattersliaising and instructing external legal advisorssupport in other areas where necessarydevelop guidance and training materials to staffThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be 2 years + PQE and have relevant experience dealing with commercial, contract and company law. Experience within the manufacturing and engineering industry would be advantageous.
