Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers.Managing HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Supporting on-boarding processes for new starters.Facilitating vetting requirements for all staff.Assisting with general HR administrative tasks to ensure the team operates smoothly.The Successful ApplicantThe successful HR Administrator will possess the following:Ability to work to deadlines and within defined processes.Good proven communication skills at all levels.Excellent computer skills, including use of Windows based software, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proven research skills.Experience of working within a team and on own initiative.Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential informationWhat's on OfferThis is an initial six month fixed term contract.
