The successful HR Advisor will coach, advise and support managers in managing complex employee relations issues, such as conduct & performance, to include informal and formal meetings and investigations, preparation and content of investigation reports. They will attend formal employee relations meetings to advise managers, employees and unions on due process and appropriate options for decision making.
You will report to one of the regional HR Business Partners and will work closely with a network of HR Advisors across the organisation to ensure a consistent approach. You will also be expected to have close links with colleagues throughout HR and within the business, to develop and foster a culture of high performance working across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a HR role in an autonomous way. They will be an excellent team player, able to share and cover workload.
An understanding of payroll and the job evaluation process will also be beneficial. Ability to commence this role in April 2020.
