Job Description

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
  • Provide support in managing Employee Relations cases
  • Manage and maintain HR records and databases.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support with performance management processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Experience in a similar HR role
  • Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and projects effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
