  • Based in Sittingbourne with travel to Bexley 2X a week.

Job Description

  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies.
  • Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Supporting the implementation of training and development initiatives.
  • Helping to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Participating in HR projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD level 5 qualified
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Strong ER experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
