Job Description

This HR Advisor position is ideal for individuals currently working in HR Operations or a Generalist role, with prior experience in payroll and benefits administration.

Looking for a HR Advisor who will contribute to forward thinking, people-centric organisation. You will join a dynamic People team during a period of substantial growth, as they redefine their HR service and processes.


  • Manage HR systems, assist users, and transition to Workday.
  • Handle daily HR inbox tasks and escalate issues.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll data.
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with pensions.
  • Generate people-related reports.
  • Coordinate annual pay reviews and on-boarding.
  • Maintain HR materials.
  • Provide HR support, including exit interviews and performance management.

The Successful Applicant

Experienced HR Advisor with expertise in operations, payroll, and benefits administration. Wanting to join a growing, people-focused organisation based in Central Bristol, ready to assist in revamping the HR services.

Experience with an ERP system (e.g., Workday).

Desire to pursue a career in HR, including working toward a CIPD professional qualification or demonstrating a willingness to work toward one.

What's on Offer

Up to £40k (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits.

Hybrid working - 2/3 days in the Central Bristol office
