Page Group are supporting a highly successful food manufacturing organisation to appoint a HR Advisor to join a shared-service centre based in Warwick.

This role can offer hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 home per week

Job Description

Working as part of a busy HR team, the role of HR Advisor will report to a HR Team Leader in a busy shared-service centre. You will take responsibility for a wide range of HR matters, providing first-class advise to stakeholders.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • End to end management of employee relations casework
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Provide day-to-day employee relations guidance/coaching for People Managers, covering all areas of the employee lifecycle including but not limited to: performance, disciplinary, grievances, absence including return to work and Occupational Health, Working Time Directive monitoring, restructuring, consultations etc
  • Work with regional HR Business Partners on HR initiatives
  • Support with continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures



The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisory role.
