About Our Client

The client is a large Charity

Job Description

As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for;

  • Provide business partnering for c. 400 staff in the charity
  • Lead on complex Employee Relations cases up to ET
  • Management of a small team
  • Coach, support and influence the team and senior leaders
  • Facilitate and support on cultural change initiatives
  • Maintain solid relationships with the Unions
  • Ensure HR and People strategy is aligned to the organisations business strategy

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be;

  • CIPD L7
  • Expert in Employment Law and dealing with ER casework
  • People management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Positive mindset and able to facilitate culture change
  • Able to start ASAP
