About Our Client
My client is a leading nationwide leisure business with a long-running heritage in Bury St. Edmunds.
The HR Business Partner role will be working closely with the HR Director and the key leadership of the division to develop the people strategy and lead on key projects and transformations in addition to being a commercially focused generalist HR practitioner supporting the office and operational functions of the division.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in the HR Business Partner role you will need to have proven manufacturing and supply chain experience, ideally within a Unionised environment. You will also need to be able to work in Bury St Edmunds the majority of the time with travel as required.
