HR Business Partner

About Our Client

An industrial engineering brand with a national presence, they design and build water treatment processes at various sites across the UK.

You will report to the Head of People and work with the HR team to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the business
Dealing with Employee Relations, resolving conflict and dealing with disciplinary processes
Ensuring that colleagues on site are legally compliant and working in a positive manor
Responsible for talent management within the company, making sure all training is completed and Professional Development Plans are in place at all levels
Coach and partner business leaders, promoting collaboration and facilitating a high performance and integrated culture
Get hands on in the business, understanding the needs of each leader and making recommendations that can be actioned in collaboration between HR and the wider business

The successful candidate must be a driven individual with a passion for HR
Be willing to travel to various locations across South England as and when needed
Organised individual who can manage their own time well
Demonstrate experience that has added value through the people function proactively
Have a full generalist suite of HR skills across the employee life cycle
Experience of internal communication, well being and engagement would be advantageous
Be fully CIPD qualified or equivalent
Have a can do attitude and a team player mindset
Be a strong coach with excellent influencing and relationship building skills
