The business partner role will be core to the a HR team providing expertise and solutions to day to day and complex problems.
Be the strategic planning and support allowing effective HR planning and decision-making to occur.
Working with stakeholders to provide support enabling people-related changes to take place inline with the overall business objectives.
Effectively working with senior colleagues to create an HR strategy driving exceptional delivery of services alongside demonstrating core values.
The Successful Applicant
-Ability to influence and communicate exceptionally with others.
-Able to work with confidential information as a trusted advisor
-High level understanding of HR practices
-Strong consultancy experience
-Prior experience working with the government
