Job Description

Working as part of an HR Business partnering team, and reporting in to the Head of HR Business Partnering, the HR Business Partner will play an integral part in shaping the HR service and enhancing the reputation of the HR function to the broader business.

  • Support senior leaders on delivery of change initiatives, putting the end-user at the forefront of all activity
  • Coach managers on all people-related issues, with a focus on continuous improvement at all times
  • Support on key people projects including change management, workforce development and policy development

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Experience in a change environment, delivering on change initiatives, ideally in a public sector or not for profit organisation
  • Strong demonstrable ER experience
  • Experience developing organisational policies
  • Leadership coaching experience
