Job Description
The HR Business Partner is a true generalist role with lots of scope to develop. The role will include L&D and will have the support from an experienced HR Director. If you are looking for a role that will evolve and change over the next 6-12 months this could be an exciting opportunity.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will need to be a proven HR professional, ideally from a fast paced blue collar environment, that is looking to take their career forward. If you want stability and your job to be constant this will not be the role for you as the business is growing at a rapid rate and the role will evolve with it.
What's on Offer
The HR Business Partner comes with a salary of up to £60,000 + bonus and benefits.
