Job Description
As the Regional HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with SLT across the region to coach, manage and up skill on HR issues
- Develop regional people plan in line with wider group people strategy
- Focus on Talent Management including workforce and succession planning
- Partner with other areas of People team
- Identify and work closely with L&D team to identify training needs and strategy
- Focus on Employee engagement
- Lead on complex ER casework
The Successful Applicant
The right Regional HR Business Partner will;
- Have a proven track record operating at HRBP/Senior HRBP level
- CIPD qualified
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Open to travel across region
- Experience in working in large multi-site organisations.
- Strong Strategic HRBP experience
What's on Offer
- £70-80k dependant on experience
- Car allowance c£4.5k
- Field based with hybrid working
