Job Description

As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for;

  • Partnering senior stakeholders and stakeholder populations
  • Deliver an efficient HR service for assigned sites with the support of wider HR team
  • Manage all Employee Relations casework
  • Support and upskill line managers
  • Support wider group projects
  • Drive forward data based decision making

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be;

  • Forward thinking, able to drive business solutions
  • Strong partnering skills at senior level
  • Proven track record at Business Partner level or similar
  • Proven track record operating within a matrix structured, fast paced environment
  • Resilient but also able to adapt
  • L7 CIPD or QBE
