Leeds Temporary £40,000 - £45,000 per year Hybrid working
  • Remote Regional Role, Leading Healthcare Brand, Based in North of England
  • 6 month contract initially, fully remote with travel to sites 2-3 times a week

Job Description

The HR Delivery Partner will work closely with the HR Business Partner in the North of England to deliver the company people plan. Responsibilities will include:

  • Implements HR activities aligned to the people plan in conjunction with the HR Business Partner.
  • Manage performance within your region, using key metrics to signpost relevant HR interventions.
  • Manage change activity as the business evolves, including acquisitions and business restructures.
  • Works with other centres of expertise to deliver the people plan and interventions, including the recruitment, ER and L&D teams.
  • Work with the business and centres of expertise to deliver on recruitment and training interventions, ensuring improved leadership capability and great customer experience.
  • Work with employee survey results to improve employee engagement scores across your region.
  • Understanding regulations and employment law to ensure risk within the business is at a minimum and that people are working appropriately within the right frameworks.
  • Advises and supports on complex ER cases.
  • Other ad-hoc duties.

The Successful Applicant

The ideally candidate for the HR Delivery Manager role will be/have:

  • Previous experience gained in a multi-site, ideally regional role in a similar fast paced, customer centric sector including healthcare, retail, facilities management etc
  • Extensive HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Ideally some experience of working as a business partner
  • Change management experience, used to working with people in a culture of change
  • Solutions focused
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or part qualified, though not essential
  • Available to start on short notice and commit to the full 6 month contract
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across the North of England, and occasionally Scotland. Access to own car.
