Job Description

As HR Director you will be responsible for;

  • Act as board level HR professional
  • Design and deliver HR strategy aligned with strategic business objectives
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are compliant and up to date
  • Identify succession plans for senior roles within the organisation
  • Manage and support Recruitment Partner
  • Develop and deliver learning and development programmes to support employees growth in the organisation
  • Manage all ER casework
  • Manage HR Budget

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will;

  • Strong commercial bias
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • CIPD L7 or QBE
  • Management experience
  • Proven track record operating at a senior level within HR
  • Strong credibility at senior level
  • Excellent Employment Law knowledge and understanding
  • Proven track record implementing and delivering strategic HR objectives
