About Our Client

Our client, a superb FMCG company based in North Kent are looking for a hands on HR Manager to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for a senior HR generalist to help lead and drive all aspects of the HR function.

Job Description

  • Assist the Group HR Manager with UK related HR matters
  • Day to day operation's
  • As an expert on labour relations you will ensure a smooth relationship with employees and representatives and legal UK institutions
  • Manage the Payroll function
  • Review and adapt HR policies in line with the companies policies
  • In collaboration with the HR international team, participate in recruitment activities
  • Ownership of on boarding processes
  • Support and provide assistance and guidance to employees in relation to day to day HR topics and HR policies updates and existing benefits

The Successful Applicant

  • Generalist Experience
  • FMCG background ideal but not essential
  • Solid knowledge of employee legislation and its application
